Our BioThane and Web Belts are typically one size larger than your pant size because they are worn over your pants. To make sure you're ordering the correct size, measure your waist over your pants along your belt loops. The chart below provides a quick reference.

For odd numbered measurements, go up to the next size. The belts are designed to be worn using the middle hole.
